Battles are probably one of the most fun things to do in this roleplay. But of course, there are some rules. If any questions are asked, feel free to ask any staff member online.
1) One move is used in every turn at a battle. It can be an attacking, defending or stats moves, but you can only use one attack. To link moves together, you can visit Suicune's or Glaceon's link shop.
2) Please do not constantly dodge attacks. Its unfair, and considered as Godmodding.
3) Flinches and critical hits happens occasionally, but please do not beg your battle opponent to give you a crit. hit, because its also under Powerplaying, and will therefore not be accepted.
4) The Battle will be over if one side faints, unless the rescue team has the Reviver Seeds item.
5) Once a Reviver Seed is used, it will become a plain seed. Seeds and berries take up one turn, and therefore you can not use a move in that turn.
How Does Damage Work?
Glad you asked. As a player, you will not have to worry about damage, we will tell you how much damage is dealt with each blow. But, if you are curious on how it's calculated, or on how to have a player fight, the stats are as follows.
Standard hit does 15 damage
STAB or super effective does 20. These two can stack, so a super-effective STAB shot will do 25
Not very effective hits do 10
Attacks lowered below 10 deal 5, 3, and 1 respectively, and beyond that have no effect.
If a stat is raised or lowered, each level is a +1 or -1, and each level effects damage by 5% accordingly
Some attacks may use a different system based on power
